Last updated: 13 October 2026. These terms govern your use of bstech.world and its regional and language versions (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are. The Site is operated by BSS Tech World FZCO ("BSS Tech World", "we", "us"), a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. Business audience. The Site provides information about our software for banks, financial institutions, partners and investors. It is not directed at consumers seeking loans. We do not offer credit, and nothing on the Site is a loan offer or financial advice.
3. Use of the Site. You may view, download and print Site content for your internal business evaluation of our products. You must not:
- copy, resell or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Site;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our platform or our systems, or interfere with their operation;
- upload or transmit malware, or use the Site in breach of any law;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with an organisation.
4. Accounts and portals. Some areas (client login, partner portal, investor data room, developer portal) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Separate terms may apply to those areas and prevail for them.
5. Intellectual property. The Site, its design, text, graphics, software and the BSS Tech World name and logo are owned by BSS Tech World or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Other trademarks shown belong to their owners. No rights are granted except as stated in these terms.
6. Information you submit. When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. We handle personal data under our Privacy Policy. Ideas or feedback you send may be used by us without obligation to you.
7. Accuracy and availability. We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but content is provided "as is" for general information. Product features, availability and roadmap items may change and may vary by country. Binding commitments are made only in a signed agreement.
8. Third-party links. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSS Tech World is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify BSS Tech World against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Changes. We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version; continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
12. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction alternative for counsel: arbitration seated in Dubai under the DIAC Arbitration Rules, in English. Mandatory consumer or local laws that cannot be excluded still apply.
13. Eligibility. The Site is for business users aged 18 or over acting on behalf of an organisation.
14. Sanctions and export control. You may not use the Site or our services if you are, or act for, a person or country subject to UN, UAE, US, EU or UK sanctions.
15. General. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms are the entire agreement about the Site and override earlier statements about it. We may assign these terms; you may not without our consent. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If these terms are translated, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
