Last updated: 13 October 2026 · Applies to bstech.world and its regional sites

Last updated: 13 October 2026. This policy applies to everyone who uses the BSS Tech World platform, APIs, sandboxes, portals and Site. It forms part of every client and partner agreement.

1. You must not use our services to:

  • break any law or regulation, including lending, consumer-protection, anti-money-laundering, sanctions and data-protection laws;
  • make credit decisions that unlawfully discriminate on protected characteristics;
  • process personal data without a lawful basis or the notices and consents your law requires;
  • engage in fraud, identity theft, predatory lending or harassment in collections;
  • send unsolicited messages (spam) through our communication features;
  • deal with persons or countries subject to applicable sanctions.

2. Security. You must not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without written authorisation (see the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy), bypass authentication or rate limits, access another client's data, or introduce malicious code.

3. Fair use. Do not overload the platform or APIs beyond agreed limits, reverse-engineer the software, or use it to build a competing product.

4. AI features. You remain responsible for credit decisions made with our AI tools. Keep humans able to review and override decisions, and do not use AI outputs as the sole basis for decisions where your law requires human involvement.

5. Enforcement. We may suspend access, after notice where practical, to stop a breach that threatens security, the law or other clients. Serious breaches may lead to termination under your agreement.

6. Reporting misuse. abuse@bstech.world.
