Last updated: 13 October 2026. BSS Tech World has zero tolerance for bribery and corruption, and expects the same of every employee, partner and supplier.
1. What we prohibit.
- Offering, paying, requesting or accepting bribes, kickbacks or facilitation payments, directly or through third parties.
- Gifts, hospitality or travel intended to influence a business decision, or to any public official without prior compliance approval.
- Hidden commissions or off-book payments to secure contracts with banks or government bodies.
2. Partners and resellers. Partners must comply with this policy and applicable anti-corruption laws, including the UAE Penal Code, the UK Bribery Act and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act where they apply. We carry out due diligence before appointing partners and may terminate partners who breach this policy.
3. Our wider conduct. We compete fairly, comply with sanctions and export-control laws, keep accurate books and records, protect confidential information, avoid conflicts of interest and treat people with respect.
4. Speaking up. Report concerns confidentially to ethics@bstech.world. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
