1. Data we collect. Your CV, contact details, work history, education, skills, right-to-work information, interview notes, assessment results, references and, where lawful, background-check results.
2. Why and on what basis. To assess your suitability and communicate with you (steps before a contract and legitimate interests), and to meet legal obligations such as right-to-work checks.
3. Who sees it. Our hiring team and interviewers, group companies involved in the role, and recruitment or background-check providers bound by confidentiality.
4. Retention. If you are not hired, we delete your data 12 months after the role closes, unless you agree that we keep it longer for future roles.
