Babalu Suryawanshi
Babalu Suryawanshi is the Founder and Chairman of BSS Tech World, a Dubai-headquartered fintech infrastructure company. It builds AI-powered lending technology for banks, financial institutions and lending intermediaries worldwide. He has spent nearly two decades inside the lending business. That includes senior roles at ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank, followed by vice-president leadership at a non-banking financial company, where he oversaw retail lending, credit and operations. That frontline experience gave him a clear view of the gap BSS Tech World now addresses. Lenders were running critical processes on fragmented, legacy systems that were slow to change and costly to scale. In 2021, he founded LoanWired Fintech to tackle that problem directly. The business became a live proving ground for digital lending workflows, and those lessons now shape the BSS Tech World platform. Today he leads the company’s vision of a single, intelligent lending stack. It spans AI-driven origination, loan management, rule engines and collections, alongside an AI Marketplace connecting lenders with brokers, agents and fintechs. Under his leadership, BSS Tech World is building for a global market, with headquarters in Dubai, an engineering hub in India, and a partner-led expansion model. His focus is simple: to give every lender, from large banks to growing finance companies, world-class technology that is fast to deploy, built for compliance and powered by AI.
Ted (Tadeusz) Pietka, MBA, CFA
Ted Pietka is a financial services executive, founder and investor with decades of experience building banks and lending businesses from the ground up. He serves on the Advisory Board of BSS Tech World, where he brings deep expertise in lending strategy, risk, technology and fundraising. Ted has led the launch and growth of five banks, a publicly listed financial holding company with more than ten subsidiaries, and multiple LendTech companies across Central and Eastern Europe. These span both traditional and fully digital models. As Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Getin Holding, a consumer and SME finance group with around 3,000 employees, he helped take the company to a Warsaw Stock Exchange listing. Its market capitalisation grew from roughly US$30 million to around US$3 billion. His executive career includes Board Member, COO and Chief Credit Officer at GE Housing Bank, part of GE Capital. There the business became twice the top performer in Poland for mortgage processing. He was also Managing Director of DomBank, which built a US$1.5 billion portfolio and secured EUR 1 billion in Eurobond funding. He has served as Vice Chairman at Allianz Bank and at THE BANK in Ukraine, and as CEO of Getin Leasing. Ted is a recognised practitioner of lending automation. As co-founder of Yes Finance, he helped design a real-time, fully automated underwriting and loan management platform that served over one million registered users. The systems he has helped build process applications in 2–5 minutes, make credit decisions in 5–20 seconds and disburse funds in 60 seconds. Across his career he has contributed to more than 70 financial services entities in Europe and ASEAN. His roles have included co-founder, board member, investor and C-suite executive. He has raised over US$1 billion in equity and debt funding. His expertise covers consumer and SME lending, alternative-data credit scoring, risk-based pricing and collection strategy. He also began his career in global markets, trading FX and managing risk in Toronto, New York, Chicago, London and Dublin. More recently, Ted has authored concept papers on digital finance in the UAE and GCC. They focus on AI-driven SME and supply chain finance, tokenised asset financing, and AI agent and voicebot-led collections. Ted holds an MBA and is a CFA charterholder.
Dr. Sindhu Bhaskar
Dr. Sindhu Bhaskar is an internationally recognised technology strategist, entrepreneur and author with a career spanning banking, financial services and emerging technology. He serves on the Advisory Board of BSS Tech World, bringing global fintech expertise and an extensive network across emerging markets. He is Chairman and CEO of EST Global Inc., headquartered at the Cambridge Innovation Center within the MIT ecosystem in the USA, and Chairman and Founder of EST Group. Over decades, he has built an interconnected technology ecosystem rather than a set of isolated products. It spans fintech, agritech, healthcare, education and deep technology, with real deployments across India, Africa and Southeast Asia. Financial inclusion sits at the centre of his work. His fintech ventures cover neobanking, digital wallets, payment gateways and P2P lending, through initiatives including BranchX, Ezipay Global and ESTLEND, all designed to bring financial services to underserved people and small businesses. He has also worked as a fintech and digital partner with Ecobank in Mozambique, and as a joint-venture partner with Zing Mobile across Singapore, Ghana and Tanzania. Dr. Sindhu works closely with governments, financial institutions, investors and policy bodies. He is a Senior Senator of the World Business Angels Investment Forum, an affiliated partner of the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion. He is also a Senior Executive Fellow of The Digital Economist and an Advisory Board Member of the Government Blockchain Association, both in Washington, DC. He is a Forbes Council Member and serves as Joint President of the MSME Business Forum India. His thought leadership is widely recognised. In 2026, Thinkers360 named him among its top thought leaders in Finance, Agentic AI, FinTech, AI Governance and International Relations. Earlier honours include the Wealth & Finance Fintech Awards 2024 for Most Dedicated Banking & Financial Services CEO, and third place in World CEO of the Year 2020. A frequent international keynote speaker on fintech, AI, blockchain and the future of financial systems, he has published around sixty articles, including pieces in Forbes, and has several books on digital assets and humanistic AI. He holds fintech certifications from Oxford University and MIT, and serves as Professor of Practice at Chandigarh University and KIET in India. At BSS Tech World, he brings strategic insight into AI-led financial services and access to partners, institutions and markets across Africa, Asia and beyond.

Sonali Suryawanshi leads strategy and technology at BSS Tech World. She brings more than 12 years of experience at the intersection of business strategy, technology and market research. At LoanWired Fintech, she played a pivotal role in building the company’s strategy and technology. She translated market research into product direction and drove innovation across digital lending workflows. That work laid the foundation for the platforms BSS Tech World now delivers to lenders worldwide. Today, she guides how BSS Tech World’s AI-powered lending solutions evolve. Her work connects market insight, product strategy and technology execution, so that the platform meets the real needs of banks, financial institutions and lending partners across global markets. Her focus is on building technology that is commercially sound, scalable and ready for international growth.
Ajay Chaturvedi
Ajay Chaturvedi is the Chief Financial Officer of BSS Tech World. A seasoned finance professional, he brings more than three decades of experience in accounting, auditing and financial management. Ajay has been based in Dubai since 1998. Over nearly 30 years in the UAE, he has built deep knowledge of the region’s business, regulatory and financial landscape. His career includes CFO-level responsibilities, accounting services and audit, which gives him a complete view of how strong financial operations are built and governed. At BSS Tech World, he leads the company’s financial management and strategic financial operations. This covers financial planning, reporting, controls, compliance and investor relations as the company scales its AI-powered lending platforms across global markets. His focus is on sound governance, transparent reporting and disciplined capital management. Abhijeet Singh Chouhan
Abhijeet Singh Chouhan leads finance for BS Tech World Private Limited, the company’s engineering hub in India. He brings more than 19 years of experience across accounting, financial modelling and business intelligence. His career covers the financial services and pharmaceutical sectors, both highly regulated industries where financial discipline, accurate reporting and compliance are essential. Across these roles, he has managed a wide range of accounting functions. He has also built the financial models that guide planning, forecasting and strategic decisions. He is equally skilled in business intelligence. He turns complex financial data into clear, actionable insight for leadership teams, which helps businesses track performance, manage costs and allocate capital effectively. At BS Tech World, Abhijeet oversees financial planning, accounting, reporting and compliance for the India operations. These operations support the development and delivery of the company’s AI-powered lending platforms for global markets.
